So much to do, so little time……….
That is how I am feeling at the moment, not enough hours in the day. Not that I mind but want to get a few things done. Nice to be back to normal time now, but do miss my late evening garden time lol!
I am really busy with my course and have had a fair bit of ‘homework’ to do! We do a module every week 🙂 I am really enjoying it and it is very interesting. Met some lovely people too! 🙂 I have also put my resume’ in for a job, will see what happens 🙂
I haven’t had time to scrap, as my de-stash sale has been going great and have got rid of a lot of stuff. So glad it is going to new homes who will use it 🙂 I will finally have my desk back and hope to scrap sometime this weekend 🙂
Cody is turning ’21’ on Saturday and we are having a family lunch at the Austral Hotel on Sunday which will be a nice celebration for him 🙂 I have been busily organizing presents and cake for the day 🙂 He is my wonderful, strong, gorgeous son. Being so small when born to now, he has come a long way. I am so proud of him 🙂
Mother’s Day is fast approaching in May too and I want to start a canvas with some family photos on it that I took at my aunty and uncles wedding anniversary 🙂 Will put it on the wall for mum in her room and will hopefully cheer her up 🙂 She forgets she has albums in her wardrobe, so she will be able to see these ones 🙂
I hope to catch up with my OLW challenges and as part of my journey I had this bracelet made by Kristi Brandis at http://www.stampedon.com.au/ She made it to how I wanted it and I am so happy with it 🙂
So, with all this going on it’s no wonder my blog is a bit neglected 😦
Hope to blog a bit more next week and maybe even have something creative to share with you 🙂

So glad its Feb, that means another challenge for my One Little Word class with Ali Edwards!
This month was a surprise and I have really enjoyed doing my challenge! This month was to create an inspiration board about our word 🙂 Cutting out from magazines things that appeal to us and arranging them in a collage as a layout or a canvas! I chose a canvas as it came up really great and will be cheerful on my wall 🙂
As I don’t buy much in the way of magazine except scarp ones I used images from some old ones I had to show what inspires me to create! 🙂
I love, story telling, family history, I am a product junkie, photography, journaling, artists and layouts! 🙂 If you click on the image it will enlarge and give you a closer look!! I used Mod Podge to glue and seal it and finished with a border of Washi! 🙂
How are you going with your one little word project?

I am so excited to be the Guest Designer over at http://www.orangepaperieandco.blogspot.com.au/ for January 13! 🙂 I have been hanging out to tell you all!
Mary, Kim and Annette are the most gorgeous ladies and even though I haven’t met them ‘in real life’ I feel like I know them! 🙂
Mary’s challenge this month is to scrap ‘A New Beginning’ for 2013. I was so excited about have the chance to show my work and I knew exactly what I wanted to scrap! My One Little Word Challenge.
This 8.5 x 11 size page is my front page for my album!
I am trying so hard to ‘simplify’ my scraping and this is a lot less embellished than my usual work! 🙂 I hope you hop on over and have a look at the girl’s gorgeous challenge blog and have a go at my challenge! 🙂
