In between everything else I am enjoying making these cards!
This one is another from my scraps and I love making flowers with my punches!!
I have had a busy few days so a bit behind on updating my LOAD cards! Yesterday was a shopping day in Geelong with my sister and 4 teens! Wow that tested my stamina! lol!
Day 6 – I have been wanting to try this fab technique the lucky girls at SU Convention were shown! It is a stamped layering technique and is fun and quick to do! It looks complicated as that is what I thought too! I did this one in Choc Chip, Very Vanilla and the Delicate Doily Stamp set!
Day 8 – I didn’t want to waste the off cuts of my OTP project today so made a few cards! These were from the Precious Moments Collection from Kaiser! They are lovely soft feminine colours and they are sweet! 🙂 I think I will make Mums Birthday present with these also! 🙂
Stayed tuned for a few more cards to come!!

I had the urge to scrap last night at 10pm! lol!! I wanted to have a go at Heather’s Mid Week Sketch # 36 and my layout wouldn’t go to plan! For some reason circles sort of throw me?
These were a couple of photos of J in Yr 5 and they had a special day for pets! Of course we had to bring Willo! she was pretty nervous and had a couple of little accidents but nothing phased JJ and the kids loved her! 🙂
I used a choc- chip base for this layout and some scraps of some October Afternoon, Science Fair papers that I have loved to create this one! 🙂 I just made a few pinwheels and used and cut an embellie from the pp!

Over the weekend, I got to have a bit of a scrap after I finished my Clipboards! I haven’t had a chance to do much, been pretty busy with life as you get!
This one is a 8.5 x 11 of Cody I took a couple of weeks ago with Nitro! I used Heather’s MWS #33 at Scrappy Sketches to create this one! I really enjoyed using some washi tape and boy embellies! It is on SU card stock and retired pp! 🙂
Heather has some fab sketches to inspire you so hop over and have a peek! 🙂

It is a bit wet here today and I thought I would do a bit of messy stuff. I wanted to do a bit of a revamp of my scrap space! I didn’t want to spend money and have lots of supplies on hands to use! I have had some normal wooden clipboards for a while and thought I would alter them a bit and have them hanging on my walls!
This is how I altered them….
As I then wanted to cover them with pattern paper and used up some SU Spice Cake that I had left over. As a 12×12 isn’t long enough to cover the who board, I used the waste piece for the other side for the piece on the bottom! I adhered the papers with some white pva glue that I still had.
I then added my packets of alphabets, stickers masks and chip-board bits and pieces to use as I scrap! I also made one for all my notes!! 🙂 I think I might do a few more to hang my layouts on as well. They certainly have spruced up my space a bit and think I will make some for customer Xmas presents also! 🙂
When I am teaching a card class I like to create a layout also to show how to use the technique on a page!
I created this smaller 8.5×11
size for a change and I used the white emboss powder to make the flowers and the bird!
This was a step by step layout I did over at Home & Scrapped! I used the same colours stamps etc as the ladies will be creating their cards with! A few of then scrapbook also, so it gives them more ideas for their pages! 🙂
I have also created DT layout but can’t quite share with you yet so stay tuned!! 🙂

I seem to be creating more Stampin Up projects at the moment as I have another class on Tuesday showing some ladies how to heat emboss! I love our new 2012/2014 In Colours and I have used them to create these cards! I am not big on heat embossing but thought I had better have a refresher course!!
These cards I stamped with the Pappillion Potpourri stamp set with Versamark then used the white emboss powder! The card stock is Cake Crumb and Midnight Muse with the matching ink!
I love the gorgeous butterflies in this set and they look great embossed!
For this one I used Summer Star Fruit and Raspberry Ripple Cardstock and inks , with the matching ink and Betsy’s Blossoms stamp set! The large blossom looks gorgeous heat embossed!!
If you like these cards and would like to learn this technique just let me know and you can have your own class!!
