“Feb CC – Amy’s Challenge!”

I think I have run out of time to get this one in for our CC at Home and Scraped but I still had fun creating it!

I used the lovely Stampin Up! Big Top Birthday DSP and the 1 3/8 Square punch to do all my pp and photos!

I used some random pics of the boys that I wasn’t planning on putting onto layouts for this!!

I think the colors look great and lovely and bright!!

“Use Your Name Challenge!”

This was a great challenge made up by one of our lovely ladies over at The Boxx! Janice has set our next Scrap Group Challenge! To use your Name and use a scrap supply on your layout that starts with each letter! This was so much fun!

I used….

K – Kraft card stock

E – Embellishments, I made the borders, flowers, pin wheel.

R – Recycle; I re used some old jeans and doily left overs

R – Rollograph wheel on the outside border

I – Ink

This was a couple of pics from a day in Melbourne last yr that JJ and I spend together!!

“A Day Without Thinking!”

I know that is a strange title for a layout, but as I am such a thinker and stresser I thought it was appropriate!!  The boys took this pic of me and for a change I look pretty ‘stress-free’! lol

I created this for Joy’s #2 Challenge at H & S! Use no pp on your layout!  I did some misting and stamping, embossing, and used some dies to make some embellies!! All Stampin’ Up! except the emboss folders!!

Another card using my scraps!!!

I embossed the background, stamped the doily and made the flowers!!

“Stampin’ Up! Happy Mail!”

Today was lovely with a parcel from Stampin’ Up! at my front door! With a workshop just around the corner I had to get a few supplies plus some for  me ! lol!!

These are the lovely Beau Chateau Designer Series Papers I will be using in my scrapbook class with a few extra bit like some dies and the Delicate Doilies stamp set!! Couldn’t resist!! lol!

These are a peek at the lovely products Stampin Up! have released for Sale A Bration till March 31st!

If your place an order of $100 you can choose either, one of three lovely stamp sets, pattern papers or a brad and ribbon pack ‘free’! I think they have excelled this yr with the ‘freebies! And the best thing is they all co-ordinate with each other!!

“Step By Step!”

The girls are firing up over at Home and Scraped this weekend with the CC on and the challenges are awesome!

Heather posted a step by step to follow to create a layout and this is what I came up with!

These photos are from a long time ago and being old photos I wasn’t sure how to scrap them!! The colors aren’t too wonderful but I so wanted to scrap them! Mum didn’t take a lot of pics of us when we were younger but the ones I have I treasure!

I remember Alison sitting at the foreshore at Port Campbell in 1972 when mum took this pic! This was just before mum and dad got married! It was a Parents Without Partners picnic and it was such a fun day! Not the warmest but a great day of memories!!

The other photo mum took of us in front of the lemon tree in the back yard and that tree is still there!! We had our whole lives in front of us in 1977!  If I could go back to that day, oh the changes I would make!!!

I have used all the new DSP and stamps from the Sale A Bration catty that is on atm! They are just beautiful!!

I made this card from the scraps left over and it can be for any occasion!

“Project 365 – Week 6!”

This was a fun layout to create today! We have our Feb CC on at the moment at Home and Scraped if you would like to join in!

This is the lovely Joy’s challenge to scrap lift one of her layouts! I used it to put my Week 6 photos together for my Project Life!

I used all SU products!

Pop over and have a peek, the more the merrier!

I made this Sympathy card with my scraps left over for my cousin whose dad sadly passed away this week!
